Sunday Crafternoon: Box Chain Bracelet & Abandoned Crafts In-Person
Relax, create, and commune with other crafters on a Sunday afternoon. Drop in anytime between 1:30 and 4 pm. Are you a crafter looking for time and space to work on your neglected or abandoned project? Bring it and work on it in the company of others! Library staff will also supply space, a teacher, and supplies to make a craft project of your own. New projects are featured each month and will vary from month to month. The program alternates between the main and the branch library.
This event is for adults and older (14+) teens.
The March project is learning to make a box chain bracelet with crafter and artisan Rose Sartor. The library has a limited number of kits and pliers so we're requesting registration if you wish to make a bracelet at this session. It's free, like all library programs, and we have materials for nine crafters to learn this skill. No registration is needed if you would just like to hang out and craft your own thing.
