Read with a Pet Rescuer In-Person
It's back! Every Wednesday from June 4 to July 23, White Rock Branch Library will host its second annual Read with a Ranger series. Special guests from our community--physicists and firefighters, police officers and garbage truck drivers, a nurse and a construction worker, a fish hatchery manager and an animal control officer--will read picture books and lead activities focused on their areas of expertise. Some will even bring their specialized vehicles! Kids age 4 to 4th grade are invited to enjoy an afternoon getting to know more about our community and all the wonderful people who live here.
