Ghost Hunt

Ghost Hunt

Join us on a Spooky Saturday for our third Ghost Hunt--this time in a new location! With one of our ghost hunting devices, explore dark corners and creepy nooks. Discover apparitions with our featured device: The Flir One thermal cameras, also available to borrow from the Library of Things.

The Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities (DPU) and the Los Alamos Public Library work together in bringing to the community this important energy conservation tool. Thermal cameras can be used to find home energy leaks around your home--places that could be better insulated, electrical appliances that could be updated, leaks of heat and gasses, or possibly a ghostly visitor!

This event is free and open to the public. Drop in and borrow one of our ghost hunting devices, or bring your own to share!

Learn how to perform a whole-home energy audit with tips from LADPU.
