The Art of Youthful Aging

The Art of Youthful Aging Online

*This event will be livestreamed via Zoom. Registration is required. See below for details.

Youthful aging isn’t an oxymoron—it’s an attitude that defines a new belief system, supports positive emotions and motivates healthy behaviors. This program will offer specific tips on lifestyle changes to help us age gracefully and peacefully while enhancing our emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. Topics will include understanding the nature of cognition, discarding negative expectations, looking beyond stereotypes, embracing change, and fostering an attitude of hope.

Motivational speaker Constance Hallinan Lagan lectures on personal development and life enrichment for corporations, government agencies, professional associations, labor unions, hospitals, health care agencies, support groups, women’s organizations, churches, colleges, universities, and libraries nationwide.
